1. Add antifreeze. First close the drain valve, add the antifreeze of the correct label, then close the water tank cap.
2.Add oil. There are two types of engine oil in summer and winter, and different engine oils are used in different seasons. Add the oil to the position of the vernier scale, and cover the oil cap. Do not add too much oil. Excessive oil will cause oil drain and oil burning.
3.It is necessary to distinguish the oil inlet pipe and return pipe of the machine. In order to ensure that the machine’s oil inlet is clean, it is generally necessary to allow the diesel to settle for 72 hours. Do not insert the oil inlet position into the bottom of the oil cylinder, so as not to suck dirty oil and block the oil pipe.
4.To exhaust the hand oil pump, first loosen the nut on the hand oil pump, and then hold the handle of the oil pump, pull and press evenly until the oil enters the oil pump. Loosen the bleeder screw of the high-pressure oil pump and press the oil pump by hand, you will see oil and bubbles overflowing from the screw hole until without any bubbles, then tighten the screw.
5.Connect the starter motor. Distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor and the battery. The two batteries are connected in series to achieve the effect of 24V. Connect the positive pole of the motor first, and do not let the terminal touch other wiring sections, and then connect the negative pole. Make sure it is firmly connected so as not to cause sparks and burn out the circuit.
6. Air switch. The switch should be in a separate state before starting the machine or the machine does not enter the power supply state. There are four terminals at the bottom of the switch, these three are three-phase live wires, which are connected to the power line. Next to that is zero wire, and the zero wire is in contact with any one of the live wires to produce lighting electricity.
7.Part of the instrument. Ammeter: read the power accurately during the operation. Voltmeter: test the output voltage of the motor. Frequency meter: The frequency meter must reach the corresponding frequency, which is the basis for detecting the speed. Oil pressure gauge: detect the operating oil pressure of the diesel engine, it shouldn’t be less than 0.2 atmospheres pressure at full speed. Tachometer: the speed should be at 1500r/min. The water temperature cannot exceed 95°C, and the oil temperature generally cannot exceed 85°C during use.
8. Start-up. Turn on the ignition switch, press the button, release it after starting, run for 30 seconds, flip the high and low speed switches, the machine will slowly rise from idle to high speed, check the readings of all meters. Under all normal conditions, the air switch can be closed, and the power transmission is successful.
9.Closure. First turn off the air switch, cut off the power supply, adjust the diesel engine from high speed to low speed, make the machine idle for 3 to 5 minutes, and then turn it off.
